WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?
The European Lawyers’ Union (U.A.E.) is a non-profit association that brings together the practicing lawyers in all the Member States of the European Union, with the primary aim of promoting the professional practice of law in Europe, as well as furthering the practice of European Union Law and of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The U.A.E. and its regional delegations and commissions organize numerous conferences and other events across Europe and promote the publication of the most relevant contributions.
The U.A.E. Scholarship aims to promote the participation of young lawyers in the activities of the U.A.E., by awarding an invitation to the two main events organized each year by the association: the Annual Congress and the General Assembly.
This year the Annual Congress will take place on 28 and 29 June 2019 in Naples, Italy, under the theme concerning Alternative Methods of Dispute Resolution, and the General Assembly usually takes place in November each year in a different European City.
